"The Reflection of the Soul"
For this work of photographic art, I had the pleasure of collaborating with the athlete Antoine Ferranti. It was through his contact that I imagined the story of the painting. Her athletic physique, her performance, her kindness and her absolute benevolence... Everything about this model is pleasant! He had to work on himself to acquire sufficient self-confidence to move forward towards his goals. Despite everything, his humility remains flagrant and he is far from drowning in his self-esteem. It is therefore here that the story of my creation "the reflection of the soul" begins.

what we see
A race track takes shape on the majestic Pont Alexandre III in Paris. On wet ground, a puddle forms. A young athlete tilts his face towards his reflection, eyes closed, ready to kiss.

Inspired by Narcissus, with a limit...
This scene is a reference to the myth of Narcissus, but with a different intention. The work expresses the powerful message of loving yourself without getting lost in the excessive fascination of your own reflection.

Trust yourself
The choice of the running track evokes the beginning of an adventure, symbolizing that in order to embark on a healthy and fulfilling journey, it is essential to fully accept yourself and have confidence in your own abilities.

embrace life
The athlete, leaning his face towards his reflection, shows an act of deep introspection.
It is essential to understand that everything we need already resides within us. It is by cultivating love and self-confidence that we are ready to fully embrace life and begin our course.
