Each portrait created comes with a rights transfer for internal and professional use: corporate website, LinkedIn, company communications, annual report, press. Commercial advertising use is subject to a separate transfer agreement, discussed during the quote process.

The initial 20-minute meeting is strictly exploratory. It allows us to understand the company's challenges, the profiles of the managers involved, and the expected deliverables. A personalized quote is then sent within 48 hours, along with two to three proposed dates. No commitment is made until the quote is accepted in writing; dates are allocated in the order they are received.

Yes. Ludovic Baron travels to Paris and the surrounding region with all the necessary equipment and team. A closed room of approximately 40 square meters is sufficient to create a mobile studio. For a specific location or outside of Paris, the project details will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Each executive receives access to a personal, private gallery. No portrait is published publicly without the express consent of the executive in question and the company. Upon request, a specific confidentiality agreement can be signed prior to the assignment.

This is the most common situation. The vast majority of the executives photographed had never posed for an artistic portrait before. Ludovic Baron developed a gradual approach: the first few minutes are spent building trust through conversation, without taking any pictures. The posing technique is adapted to each person's temperament, never the other way around. No executive is left to their own devices in front of the camera.
